Reiki is a form of energy healing that can help one's whole being come back into balance. Reiki is known to help reduce stress, balance sleep, release emotional blockages, heal trauma, and balance the chakras. Reiki is my favorite form of energy healing because I have seen it work wonders specifically around anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, and low self-esteem. Reiki is great to use when in need of manifestation or goal-achieving help too.
 
My expertise is in helping women step into their power, speak their truth, reconnect with their intuition & live heart-centered. As women, we are often disconnected from our feminine side and out of balance within our masculine side. If you are a people pleaser, have a hard time saying no, or allow others to treat you unkindly this session will be perfect for you. I work with women to connect back to their compassion, passion, sensuality, intuition,  & voice. I help women unapologetically own their soul essence & live in complete internal freedom. 
 
Reiki sessions done at a distance will be over Zoom Video Chat; we will discuss what you're looking to shift, and then Reiki will begin as you close your eyes and relax into a meditative like state.Reiki energy can be transferred to you from across the world, it isn't limited by time or space.
