When I started on my personal growth journey, I was itching to get out of my skin, I was filled with fear and was deeply stuck in my toxic masculinity. I was struggling with codependency, people pleasing and low confidence. I felt extremely stuck and trapped in fear with no way out. My vision was a life of freedom. To me, this meant living with confidence, not absorbing others energy, and being deeply connected to my soul essence. For as long as I can remember I have always felt uncomfortable in my body. I was so deeply disconnected from my feminine side with no understanding of intuition, sensuality, fun, or flow. I was constantly worried about my safety & worried about what others thought of me so I played very small and quiet in life.

 I started to realize that a life of freedom was possible if I could change my internal world; reconnect with my feminine side, reprogram my mindset, heal my traumas, upgrade my habits and develop a relationship with my Creator. I started to work relentlessly towards my vision of feminine freedom.

I tried many personal growth modalities, and the most impactful ones were meditation and Reiki energy healing. Welcoming these into my life daily has healed my anxiety, my PTSD, abandonment wounds, physical ailments like PMS & IBS, and allowed me to reprogram my limiting beliefs. However, the biggest gift of all has been that I now feel at home within myself.

Now wherever I go I don't worry as much about what others think of me, so I speak my truth. I stand in my power and know that it's safe to be seen, so I no longer play small. I stand up for myself by communicating my boundaries. I don't feel bad about receiving gifts, compliments, and favors, I welcome them wholeheartedly. I live in flow, sensuality, and passion daily. I am always being guided by my intuition and psychic gifts. I let life be fun and easy rather than self-sabotaging myself constantly. Most importantly my life is a moving expression of my soul.
